Nearly zero energy buildings (NZEB) have developed rapidly in China in recent years, which has promoted the application of integrated heat pump environment control unit with outdoor air (IEU). Sorts out the main performance evaluation indicators of IEU through market investigating and function analysing. Studies the test conditions of the performance indicators and puts forward a new test condition for the IEU’s cooling and heating capacity. The heat recovery efficiency under the new test condition meets the requirements of NZEB products. The recovered cooling accounts for 14.1% of the total cooling capacity, and the COP of the IEU is 3.63, which increases by 21.8% compared with the test results of GB/T 7725-2004. The recovered heat accounts for 17.5% of the total heating capacity, and the EER of the IEU is 3.87, which increases by 21.3% compared with the test results of GB/T 7725-2004. The test results under the comprehensive test conditions can scientifically and rationally guide the equipment selection and design of NZEB.
